London Man Facing Multiple Charges After Parking Lot Incident

Last night at approximately 7:30 p.m., a man approached a woman and a three-year-old girl who were seated in a vehicle in a parking lot near Dundas and Adelaide streets.

The man tried to take the child from the vehicle, but the woman intervened and prevented the child from being removed from the vehicle. She was assaulted by the male, who then fled. The child was not injured and the woman suffered minor injuries.

A man was arrested a short time later.

As a result, Kyle Williams, 26, of London, is charged with resist arrest, attempt to commit an indictable offence, and two counts of assault.
