Humboldt Broncos

The London Beat would like to extend their deepest sympathies to the entire Humboldt Broncos community.

There are no words to describe this terrible tragedy – no sense to be made of it all. It’s one of those happenings that is so awful that it can challenge your belief and faith system.

There isn’t a single boy or girl raised in Canada that has spent time in a hockey environment, whose heart is not bleeding today.

Our thoughts and prayers to the families of the deceased especially. May you find the strength and conviction to move through this horror, and honour the boys lives as best you can.

God speed to you all.

The outpouring of emotions from Canada, and the whole world for that matter, has been nothing short of miraculous. A GoFundMe account has been set up to support the families, with almost $3,000,000 raised in just one day.
