Three Charged After Pine Lawn Avenue Warrant executed

On Friday members of the London Police Service, RCMP, and OPP, executed a search warrant at a residence on Pine Lawn Avenue, and seized a Semi-automatic rifle, 17 rounds of ammunition, 13 grams of Fentanyl (value $6500), 2 grams of Crystal methamphetamine (value $200), and a stolen e-bike.

As a result of the investigation, the following charges have been laid:

Matthew Daigneault, 31, of London is charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code of Canada offences:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking x 2
Careless storage of a firearm weapon, prohibited device, or ammunition x 2
Possess loaded/unloaded regulated firearm
Possess firearm other than restricted or prohibited firm knowingly not holding a licence
Possess firearm while prohibited x 2
Possess property or thing not exceeding $5,000 obtained by crime

Melissa Ramsay, 35, of London is charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code of Canada offences:

Possession of a Schedule I Substance for the purpose of trafficking x 2
Careless storage of a firearm weapon, prohibited device, or ammunition x 2
Possess loaded/unloaded regulated firearm
Possess firearm other than restricted or prohibited firm knowingly not holding a licence
Possess firearm while prohibited x 2

Anthony Baart, 53, of London is charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code of Canada offences:

Careless storage of a firearm weapon, prohibited device, or ammunition x 2
Possess loaded/unloaded regulated firearm
Possess firearm other than restricted or prohibited firm knowingly not holding a licence
Possess firearm while prohibited x 2
Possess property or thing not exceeding $5,000 obtained by crime
