The London Beat London, Ontario’s stream of consciousness
Attention all Footie faithful – Canada Kicks is coming to London in both May and September! This is their inaugural season and they will be putting on six different events across Ontario. Two of them will be in London – one in May at Regina Mundi College, and one in September at the North London Athletic Fields.
It is a five-versus-five setup, and the matches are 30 minutes in length. Each team is guaranteed at least three matches. Anyone can play – literally. They offer a wide range of divisions based on age group and skill level, from the elite in the game to people who have never played before. There are also co-ed divisions. The upcoming May tournament is on the 12th and 13th at Regina Mundi, and while registration spots are filling up quickly, there are still spots remaining.
