Firefighters battled a massive blaze tonight at the old ‘Hooks’ restaurant. The fire engulfed the old restaurant at Southdale Road and Wharncliffe Road late Tuesday afternoon. Hooks closed its doors in 2010, and the property has been vacant ever since. Fire officials said no one was inside the building at the time.
