The Oxford Renaissance Festival is going on this weekend in Dorchester. What a great two days of entertainment – with live music, demonstrations, stage acts, and jousting! The festival started in 2013 at the Woodstock Fairgrounds, but moved to the Dorchester Fairgrounds in 2016, and proudly carry on the tradition of similar Ontario festivals that celebrate history.
It’s a great way to spend a few hours – wether you’re visiting the pub for some Mead, interacting with renaissance characters, or enjoying the incredible jousting action – there is something there for everybody.
