London Teen Wanted In Tim Horton’s Shooting Death

A warrant has been issued this morning for an 18-year-old London man in connection with the shooting at Tim Horton’s, that resulted in the death of Christopher Clements-Card.

Zachary McDermott is charged with first-degree murder and attempt murder by discharging a firearm.

He is described as a Caucasian male, approximately 5’9” tall, with a slim build, reddish-blond hair that is cut shorter on the sides. A photo of McDermott is not yet available.

The firearm has not been recovered. Anyone who may know the whereabouts of McDermott should call 9-1-1 immediately and not approach him.

Clements-Card, 21, was wounded during a shooting at the Dundas Street location, near Veteran’s Memorial Parkway and later died in hospital. McDermott and two other males fled in a silver four-door sedan which was later located nearby.

Police are also interested in identifying the two males who were with McDermott. One of the males is described as Black, with black hair in corn rows and the other is Caucasian, with a dark complexion, short dark hair, and a full beard.
