Police Investigating Overnight Homicide On Richmond

Last night at approximately 2:30am, members of the London Police Service responded to a call at Richmond Street and Piccadilly Street for a report of an altercation. On arrival they found an adult male with serious injuries.

He was transported to hospital by EMS but was pronounced deceased.

The suspect got into a white car and fled the scene prior to police arriving, and has not been arrested. The suspect is described as dark-skinned and heavy set.

Richmond Street between Oxford Street and Mill Street is presently closed, and will remain closed until further notice for the investigation.
