Robert Ashley Williams’ Murder Charge Upgraded To First Degree

Officers upgraded Robert Ashley Williams’ charge of second degree murder in relation to the homicide of Derek Szaflarski, to first degree murder today.

Williams was scheduled to appear in court today in relation to the charge.

Williams was originally charged with one count of Second Degree Murder on Wednesday May 30th 2018, when he appeared at London Police Headquarters and was taken into custody in relation to the homicide which occurred on Richmond Street the morning of May 26th, 2018.
