Early this morning at approximately 4 am, members of the London Police Service and the London Fire Department were called to an address on Hamilton Road in relation to a vehicle on fire. Upon arrival, black smoke was seen coming from a vehicle in the driveway.
The fire was put out and there were no reported injuries, but the fire was deemed suspicious in nature and an investigation into the cause is underway. The investigation was reassigned to the Street Crime Unit and is ongoing.
The damage was estimated to be approximately $31,000.
