Third Assault Charge Laid In Old South Homicide Investigation

The London Police continue to investigate the homicide of William MacPherson, whose body was discovered near the west bank of the Thames River in the area of Wortley Road and Stanley Street ten days ago. A post-mortem revealed he was the victim of homicide.

As a result of further investigation, the police charged a third individual with assault, but not assault on the homicide victim MacPherson.

Howard Lonie Kahosed, 35, of no fixed address, was charged with one count of assault, and arrested on August 18th, and remains in custody.

Investigators continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding the homicide of William MacPherson, and continue to appeal to the public for any information related to Mr. MacPherson. Of particular interest is the time period between noon on Thursday, August 9, 2018, and 7:45 pm on Friday, August 10, 2018.
