Two Fires On Limberlost Road Under Investigation

Members of the London Police Service and the London Fire Department were called to a townhouse complex on Limberlost Road in relation to a fence fire at approximately 5:00am this morning. Upon arriving, they determined that the outside of a townhouse nearby was also on fire.

Both fires were extinguished and there were no injuries. Both fires were suspicious in nature and an investigation into the cause of each fire is underway.

“The investigation of these fires will be conducted in cooperation with the London Fire Department and the Ontario Office of the Fire Marshall,” said Det. Sgt. Blair Harvey of the General Investigations Section. “Due to the time of day when these fires occurred, there are very few witnesses. As a result, anyone who may have information about these fires is asked to call police or Crime Stoppers as soon as possible.”

Anyone with information in relation to this incident is asked to call the London Police Service at (519) 661-5670 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-222-TIPS (8477).
