Two London Men Charged, Guns And Drugs Seized

London Police executed a search warrant at a residence on Philip Street this morning, and arrested two London men. The warrant was executed by members of the Guns and Drugs Section, consisting of members of the London Police Service, OPP and RCMP.

Seized in the search were 591 grams of marihuana bud (value $5,910), a digital weigh scale, and a .22 calibre firearm.

As a result of the investigation, Blain Christopher Mueller, 35, and Bernard Jason Tenpas, 39, both of London, were jointly charged with the following Controlled Drugs and Substances Act and Criminal Code of Canada charges:

Possession of a Schedule II substance for the purpose of trafficking;
Careless storage of a firearm, weapon, prohibited device or ammunition; and
Possess firearm other than restricted or prohibited firearm knowingly not holding a licence.

Both of the accused are expected to appear in London court on June 08, 2018, in relation to the charges.
