Citizens are now able to return to the Charlotte Street area.
At approximately 5pm, the London Police were called to an address on Charlotte Street in the City of London to arrest a male.
The man refused to exit the residence and was uncooperative.
The man did eventually exit the residence, and was taken into custody. He was transported to hospital for assessment.
The investigation is still ongoing.
