Warrant Issued For London Man Considered Dangerous And Armed

The London Police Service have identified the second suspect in an incident during which shots were fired that took place on June 10th at approximately 4:00am in the area of Oxford Street East near Third Street.

A warrant has been issued for the arrest of 28-year old Samater Ali, of London, on the following charges:

Reckless discharge of a firearm contrary to section 244.2(1)(b) of the Criminal Code
Possess loaded regulated firearm contrary to section 95(1) of the Criminal Code
Possess firearm while prohibited contrary to section 117.01 of the Criminal Code

Ali is considered dangerous and potentially armed. He should not be approached.
