Canada Day Bus Detours In Downtown London

Canada Day means fireworks at Harris Park, and that necessitates several bus route changes to accommodate the festivities. On Sunday from approximately 8pm until the end of service, all eastbound and westbound buses will be detoured through the downtown core as a result of road closures for the fireworks.

During this time the following detours will be in place.

Routes 2 & 20

Eastbound– south on Wharncliffe, right on Springbank Ave, right on Springbank Drive to Horton, left on Richmond, right on King to regular route
Westbound– west on Queens, left on Richmond, right on Horton, right on Wharncliffe to regular route

Route 5

East on Horton, left on Richmond, right on King, left on Wellington, left on Queens, left on Richmond, right on Horton to regular route

Route 7/11

Eastbound– north on Wharncliffe, right on Horton, left on Richmond, right on King to regular route
Westbound– west on Queens, left on Richmond, right on Horton, left on Wharncliffe to regular route

Route 12

North on Wharncliffe, right on Horton, left on Richmond, right on King, left on Wellington, left on Queens, left on Richmond, right on Horton, left on Wharncliffe to regular route
