Eight Student Residence Break-Ins Prompt Police Investigation

The London Police are investigating eight residential break and enters that were reported at student residences on Fleming Drive between August 14, 2018 and August 19, 2018.

The majority of the break and enters took place between 10:00pm and 2:00am with the suspect(s) entering the homes through unlocked doors or windows. Items were reportedly stolen from five of the eight break and enters.

The London Police Service would like to take this opportunity to remind individuals to keep their doors and windows locked at all times, even when home.

The Crime Analysis Unit of the London Police Service detected this pattern using analytical software purchased using a grant from the Ministry of Community Safety and Correctional Services.
