London Teenagers Charged With Manslaughter In 2017 Fatal Stabbing

Four adults have already been charged with first degree murder in relation to the death of 43-year-old Raymond Beaver in 2017, and now two male teenagers have additionally been charged with manslaughter.

The two London youths, aged 17 and 15, cannot be named under provisions of the Youth Criminal Justice Act, but have been charged with manslaughter, contrary to section 232(1) of the Criminal Code of Canada.

Daniel Cavanagh, Melissa George, Nicholas George, and Peter Townsend have all already been charged with first degree murder in relation to the incident.

Both of the accused are scheduled to appear in London court today in relation to the charges.
