Suspicious Man Providing Freezies To Young Children

The London Police are investigating, after receiving a report at approximately 11:50 am, that a man was giving freezies to children outside of Aberdeen Public School today. It is the second report of a man handing out food to children at a school on Grey Street in the last few weeks.

While providing food or items to children is not criminal in nature, it has caused concern to staff and parents of the children at the school, and police are looking to speak with the man involved.

He is described as male Caucasian in his 50’s. He was wearing multiple hats at one time (possibly a cowboy hat), cargo shorts, long grey socks, with a backpack and a grocery bag. He was last seen walking westbound from the school.

Police would again like to take this opportunity to remind parents and guardians to talk to their children about personal safety.
